Full Court Press:

Detroit Pistons @ Philadelphia 76ers

Vegas Total: 211.5

Vegas Spread: PHI -11.0

For the Pistons, your main target is likely going to be Christian Wood here, as he’s really taken over for this team and is their main option on offense. The blowout risk is real here, but his minutes should be blowout proof either way. My favorite play from this game may become Jordan McRae as he should play heavy minutes here with the Pistons, especially if Brandon Knight misses this game as well. Brue Brown is also a GTD so if both of those guys sit out then I’ll want a ton of McRae Thon Maker also draws a decent matchup here, and has actually been playing pretty well since Drummond left town, and John Henson has already been ruled out for this game. Langston Galloway will also continue to play big minutes off the bench and is a deeper GPP play as well.

For the Sixers, they are likely going to be without Ben Simmons tonight, and Joel Embiid is a GTD and may miss again. If they both miss it will open up a ton of value on this Sixers team. Tobias Harris will see the biggest benefit here, along with Al Horford. Shake Milton will likely handle the majority of the PG duties here, along with Josh Richardson who is back as well tonight. He does have a nice matchup here though. Richardson will also handle some PG duties and draws a really nice matchup along with Shake.

5-star plays: Christian Wood, Tobias Harris

4-star plays: Al Horford, Josh Richardson, Shake Milton, Brandon Knight

Deeper Value: Jordan McRae, Langston Galloway

GPP Sleeper: Jordan McRae

New York Knicks @ Atlanta Hawks

Vegas Total: 232.5

Vegas Spread: ATL -4.5

The Knicks are on the 2nd half of a B2B, but Mitchell Robinson is looking like he’ll play here, so he draws a great matchup as the Hawks get smoked by bigs. Elfrid Payton also draws a solid matchup here, but he got outplayed by Ntilikina last night. Julius Randle draws a great matchup as well and should bounce back after fouling out last night. RJ Barrett’s play has been solid as of late as well and I like his matchup as well. Those are really the only four Knicks I’ll have shares of tonight.

For the Hawks, Trae Young is the premier play here, as the Knicks get smoked by opposing guards as shown by Shabazz Napier and Bradley Beal last night. John Collins draws a solid matchup as well and is firmly in play here tonight. Cam Reddish and De’Andre Hunter will also see a boost here, so I really like their prospects of succeeding especially against this Knicks, with my slight lean going to Reddish. Dewayne Dedmon is also underpriced here, and he should play some solid minutes here.

5-star play: Trae Young, Julius Randle

4-star play: John Collins, Cam Reddish, Mitchell Robinson, RJ Barrett

Deeper Value: DeAndre Hunter, Dewayne Dedmon, Bobby Portis

GPP Sleeper: Cam Reddish, Bobby Portis

Charlotte Hornets @ Miami Heat

Vegas Total: 211.5

Vegas Spread: MIA -10.0

For the Hornets, they draw a really tough matchup here, as they’ll need to score a ton to keep up with the Heat and their smothering defense. Devonte’ Graham has been their main source of offense though, and he draws a decent, but not great matchup. Miles Bridges has been on a tear since winning MVP at the Rising Stars game and would see a boost if  Monk is out again tonight. Terry Rozier has been playing much better as of late, but the Heat are pretty solid against guards. Cody Zeller has also been starting, but he draws a really difficult matchup here against Bam. I’ll like Bismack Biyombo a bit if Zeller doesn’t suit up here.

For the Heat, Jimmy Butler is a GTD, and if he misses, then I’ll have a ton of Bam Adebayo and Goran Dragic as they are the biggest beneficiaries. I love Bam’s matchup regardless if Butler plays or not. Duncan Robinson can also make it rain here, as the Hornets don’t defend the perimeter well at all. Kendrick Nunn will also see a boost if Butler misses, but I think with the way the Hornets have been playing I think they can stick around here.

5-star play: Bam Adebayo

4-star play: Goran Dragic, Duncan Robinson, Miles Bridges, Devonte’ Graham, Terry Rozier

Deeper Value: Cody Zeller, Bismack Biyombo, Duncan Robinson

GPP Sleeper: Kendrick Nunn, Goran Dragic

Utah Jazz @ Oklahoma City Thunder

Vegas Total: 217.5

Vegas Spread: OKC -2.0

For the Jazz, Mike Conley draws a really nice matchup here, along with Donovan Mitchell as the Thunder have been getting worse against guars over the past few weeks. Rudy Gobert also draws a really nice matchup here, as I love when he has to bang bodies with opposing big men, as it brings out his A game and he’ll have to do just that with Steven Adams here. Bojan Bogdanovic is also in play here for cash games, as he should be able to get as many open looks as he wants. He’s scoring dependent though so I think his upside is limited given how this game should play out.

For the Thunder, Chris Paul is going to be your main cash game option here, as the floor is safe but the ceiling isn’t great against Conley. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander draws a better matchup, but he missed last game with a hip injury. If he misses again tonight then I’ll love Dennis Schroder as he will play 30+ minutes off the bench. Steven Adams is also in play here as he can bang bodies with Gobert, and the Jazz have been allowing a good amount of FPs to opposing big men over the past few weeks. Danilo Gallinari is also a cash game option as he has a safe floor with his scoring ability.

5-star play: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Rudy Gobert

4-star play: Chris Paul, Bojan Bogdanovic, Donovan Mitchell, Mike Conley, Dennis Schroder

Deeper Value: Dennis Schroder, Royce O’Neale

GPP Sleeper: Dennis Schroder

Denver Nuggets @ Dallas Mavericks

Vegas Total: 218

Vegas Spread: DEN -2.5

For the Nuggets, Paul Millsap has been tearing it up, but he’s seeing around 20 minutes a game, so I think his efficiency will take a hit here, and he isn’t playing a bigger 4 so I won’t have a ton of him here. Nikola Jokic should have a solid game here, as the Mavericks can’t defend on the interior, and he should feast on the boards as the Mavs have been getting torched since Powell went down. I could see this being one of those triple double games for him and I love him in all formats tonight. Jamal Murray draws a solid matchup here, as the Mavericks have been more susceptible to PGs over the past few weeks. Gary Harris has quietly been playing great over the past week and is a decent value. That’s about all I really like from the Nuggets here, you can go to Will Barton or Monte Morris if you want some deeper end GPPs plays.

For the Mavericks, the main play is obviously going to be Luka Doncic, as Kristaps Porzingis hasn’t been playing on the 2nd half of B2Bs this year, so he may rest again tonight. Luka is in rare form right now and should be able to do whatever he wants against Murray as he’ll have close to a 40% usage rate. If Porzingis sits, Maxi Kleber would be one of the premier value plays on the slate, as he’d have to play a ton of minutes. I’ll have some interest in Seth Curry if he plays, but he’s been out the past few games, if he misses it opens up additional minutes for Delon Wright.

5-star play: Luka Doncic, Nikola Jokic

4-star play: Jamal Murray, Will Barton, Maxi Kleber (if Porzingis misses)

Deeper Value: Seth Curry, Delon Wright, Monte Morris, Paul Millsap

GPP Sleeper: Seth Curry

New Orleans Pelicans @ Sacramento Kings

Vegas Total: 233

Vegas Spread: TBD

For the Pelicans, we want to target this game as it is the hammer game and has the highest total on the slate. Brandon Ingram has been playing some great ball lately, but his upside is capped with Zion Williamson healthy and taking his usage. Lonzo Ball has also been playing great, and Jrue Holiday has been on fire the past week and both should go underowned here. Josh Hart should also play solid minutes off the bench here and makes for a solid value as well. Derrick Favors should also have no problem double-doubling here as well.

For the Kings, your main target here is going to be De’Aaron Fox as he is the leader of this Kings team, and they’ll likely lean on his offense here, as he has really been heating up since the All-Star Break, the Pelicans can’t defend PGs either so I like the matchup. Harrison Barnes has also been on a heater lately, and Kent Bazemore has also been playing great off the bench. Buddy Hield has also been playing well off the bench and could score a ton in this game. Harry Giles is also continuing to see solid minutes and is a great FPPM player and continually goes overlooked all the time. Richaun Holmes is also back and healthy, and I’ll like him more if he gets off his minutes limit as he is cheap everywhere.

5-star play: Jrue Holiday, De’Aaron Fox

4-star play: Brandon Ingram, Buddy Hield, Zion Williamson, Lonzo Ball

Deeper Value: Cory Joseph, Kent Bazemore, Harrison Barnes, Richaun Holmes

GPP Sleeper: Richaun Holmes, Josh Hart
