Full Court Press:

Cleveland Cavaliers @ Washington Wizards

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: WSH -4.5

The Cavs are basically in full tank mode here, but either way, Andre Drummond is going to be an elite play here, as he should be able to do whatever he wants against this undersized Wizards front court. Collin Sexton and Darius Garland are going to be in play as well here, as the Wizards are almost as bad as the Cavs at defending guards. Kevin Love is also an elite play here, as he really can stretch the floor, but I don’t love his upside with Drummond playing. Kevin Porter Jr. has also been playing big minutes off the bench and should see some solid run here as well.

Bradley Beal is still an elite play here, as the Wizards will need his scoring here tonight and the Cavs can’t defend guards at all. Thomas Bryant is out tonight, which opens the door for both Ian Mahinmi (who is also a GTD) and Moritz Wagner to play big minutes as they’ll likely split the minutes at C. If Mahinmi is out again then Wagner makes for an elite value play. Davis Bertans and Ish Smith are also firmly in play for GPPs and won’t break the bank. Ish should see solid run here as well and will likely draw the start, however, if Shabazz Napier ends up getting the start, Napier is going to be the guy I want.

5-star plays: Bradley Beal, Andre Drummond

4-star plays: Kevin Love, Davis Bertans, Collin Sexton

Deeper Value: Ish Smith, Shabazz Napier, Darius Garland, Moritz Wagner

GPP Sleeper: Moritz Wagner

Dallas Mavericks @ Orlando Magic

Vegas Total: 220.5

Vegas Spread: DAL -4.0

For the Mavericks, the main target you’re going to want is obviously Luka Doncic, as he is elite in all areas despit the slower pace of this game. Kristaps Porzingis is also in play tonight, but I’m not going out of my way to play him here. Willie Cauley-Stein has his minutes on the rise as well, so he’s a decent value play tonight. Maxi Kleber should continue to play decent minutes as well. Tim Hardaway Jr. is also in play for GPPs but he’s very scoring dependent. Seth Curry has been injured, but if he plays and starts he’s a great value play. Delon Wright looked really good last game as well, and is a deeper GPP play here who will be unowned, boost to him if Curry sits.

For the Magic, the main target is going to be Nikola Vucevic, as he’s been on a hot streak going into the All-Star break. He draws a solid matchup here as the Mavs have been getting decimated by bigs since Powell went down. Aaron Gordon has also turned it up as of late, and he’s still a bit underpriced here as well. Markelle Fultz draws a difficult matchup, so I don’t love him here, I’d rather play Evan Fournier.

5-star play: Luka Doncic, Nikola Vucevic

4-star play: Kristaps Porzingis, Aaron Gordon

Deeper Value: Willie Cauley-Stein, Markelle Fultz, Tim Hardaway Jr., Seth Curry

GPP Sleeper: None

Phoenix Suns @ Toronto Raptors

Vegas Total: 228.5

Vegas Spread: TOR -7.5

For the Suns, your two main targets are going to be DeAndre Ayton and Devin Booker as both should be leaned on offensively here. Ayton should be back and gets a decent matchup with Gasol still out. Ricky Rubio hasn’t been in great form and draws a tough matchup, so I don’t love him here tonight. Kelly Oubre always has an elite ceiling, and had a dud game in the last game before the ASB. Mikal Bridges is also in play for value again tonight if Saric continues to be out.

Pascal Siakam is going to be your main play here, as the Suns struggle against stretch 4s, along with PGs. Kyle Lowry also gets a great matchup here, as Ricky Rubio can’t play defense to save his life, I like going back to him again here tonight. Fred VanVleet is also firmly in play for GPPs, but I prefer Lowry. Serge Ibaka is also a nice GPP play but he is a bit volatile even with Marc Gasol still out. There’s not a ton to love here, as the Raptors should be able to handle the Suns at home here.

5-star play: Pascal Siakam, Kyle Lowry, Devin Booker

4-star play: DeAndre Ayton, Kelly Oubre, Fred VanVleet, Serge Ibaka

Deeper Value: Mikal Bridges, Ricky Rubio

GPP Sleeper: Mikal Bridges, Kelly Oubre

Indiana Pacers @ New York Knicks

Vegas Total: 212

Vegas Spread: IND -6.0

For the Pacers, this is a pretty nice matchup for Domantas Sabonis he’s been a bit volatile as of late but I’ll chalk that up to difficult matchups, and he draws a nice one here, so he should bounce back. Malcolm Brogdon is still a little underpriced here as well, but Oladipo is off his minutes limit which limits his upside. TJ Warren and Jeremy Lamb will also be negatively effected by Oladipo being off his limit. Myles Turner is back tonight, but I’m not going there outside of GPPs. Victor Oladipo has lost his minutes limit, but he still looks rusty, but the matchup is there as the Knicks really struggle against guards.

I’m honestly considering fading the Knicks completely here, as the Pacers rank top 10 aDvP against every position. If you’re going to go there, the really only options here I’m playing here are going to be Julius Randle and Elfrid Payton. I’ll also consider R.J. Barrett if he draws the start. I won’t be targeting this game much here.

5-star play: Domantas Sabonis

4-star play: Malcolm Brogdon, Victor Oladipo, Julius Randle, Elfrid Payton

Deeper Value: Victor Oladipo, Myles Turner

GPP Sleeper: Victor Oladipo

Denver Nuggets @ Oklahoma City Thunder

Vegas Total: 215

Vegas Spread: OKC -1.0

For the Nuggets, it looks like Will Barton will be out again here, but Michael Porter Jr. will play. He’s a decent value especially on FanDuel. Nikola Jokic should have a solid game here, but I don’t love the idea of targeting this game as its gonna be on the lower scoring end. Jamal Murray draws a difficult matchup here against CP3, and Gary Harris has looked off the past few weeks. That’s about all I really like from the Nuggets here.

For the Thunder, their guards draw a decent matchup here, namely Chris Paul and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, as both are playing 30+ minutes and the Nuggets are susceptible to guards. Steven Adams will also have to play heavy minutes to bag bodies with Jokic so he’s a bit underpriced here as well. Nerlens Noel is also a nice value play here as he’s been playing 20+ minutes a game and can get you 25-35 FPs. Dennis Schroder has also been playing really well along with Danilo Gallinari, both are solid GPP plays here tonight as well, as the Thunder will need their scoring to keep up here tonight.

5-star play: Nikola Jokic

4-star play: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Steven Adams, Chris Paul, Danilo Gallinari, Dennis Schroder

Deeper Value: Dennis Schroder, Nerlens Noel

GPP Sleeper: Gary Harris

Boston Celtics @ Minnesota Timberwolves

Vegas Total: 228.5

Vegas Spread: BOS -6.5

Kemba Walker is likely out again tonight, which makes my favorite play from the Celtics Gordon Hayward as he draws an elite matchup as the Wolves get killed by opposing guards and 3s. Jaylen Brown is also firmly in play, and is more of the cash game option while Hayward is your GPP guy but with Walker out he’s a really good play here. If Daniel Theis sits, Enes Kanter makes for a solid value play, but I’ll like the guy who starts. Jayson Tatum is also firmly in play here, as he has a 30+% usage rate when Kemba is off the floor. Marcus Smart is also probable tonight, and draws a nice matchup here as the Wolves get gashed by opposing guards.

With KAT out for the forseeable future, this is now going to be D’Angelo Russell’s team. He’s absorb a ton of usage and gets a decent matchup here. Malik Beasley and Josh Okogie are also firmly in play here, as they’ve been starting since the big trade and are playing big minutes. Naz Reid is also going to take on a bigger role here with KAT out, along with James Johnson, both guys should play big minutes here. Juancho Hernangomez is also in play for value as he’s been playing big minutes as well.

5-star play: D’Angelo Russell, Gordon Hayward

4-star play: Malik Beasley, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Marcus Smart

Deeper Value: James Johnson, Josh Okogie, Naz Reid, Juancho Hernangomez

GPP Sleeper: Naz Reid

San Antonio Spurs @ Utah Jazz

Vegas Total: 221.5

Vegas Spread: UTH -7.0

For the Spurs, it looks like DeMar Derozan is back tonight, but I’m not really loving this game as both these teams are defensive minded. LaMarcus Aldridge sees a usage downgrade with Derozan back, and draws a tough matchup against Gobert. I don’t really like anyone outside of those two guys for the Spurs, as this game isn’t really one we want to target. Derrick White would be a value option if you need one with how well he’s been playing.

For the Jazz, Donovan Mitchell is in play here, as Conley is out again tonight so he’ll run the point. Rudy Gobert continues to play 37-38 minutes per game and could be in store for another 20/20 game here, as he should get the better of Aldridge here tonight.  Both Joe Ingles and Bojan Bogdanovic are playing well, I prefer Bojan.

5-star play: Donovan Mitchell

4-star play: DeMar Derozan, LaMarcus Aldridge, Rudy Gobert

Deeper Value: Derrick White, Joe Ingles

GPP Sleeper: None

New Orleans Pelicans @ Portland Trail Blazers

Vegas Total: 236

Vegas Spread: NO -4.5

Brandon Ingram is probable tonight, which will put a cap on Zion Williamson’s ceiling, but both are great plays. Lonzo Ball and Jrue Holiday are also in play here, but with Ingram back it also limits Holiday’s ceiling as well. Josh Hart should still see some big minutes off the bench, and this should be one of the highest scoring games on the night. Derrick Favors also draws a favorable matchup here against Hassan Whiteside, he and Zion should be able to feast down low.

From the Blazers, CJ McCollum is going to be your premier play here, as Dame has already been ruled out, he’ll be chalk, but it’ll be good chalk as he has a 35% usage rating with Dame off the court. Hassan Whiteside has been a bit volatile as of late but I don’t mind going right back to him tonight as he’ll take on a bigger offensive role with Dame off the court. Carmelo Anthony and Trevor Ariza are fine GPP options, with my preference going to Carmelo. Anfernee Simons and Gary Trent Jr. will also be in play for value here, as both see boosts with Dame out.

5-star play: Zion Williamson, CJ McCollum, Hassan Whiteside

4-star play: Brandon Ingram, Jrue Holiday, Lonzo Ball, Derrick Favors, Carmelo Anthony

Deeper Value: Trevor Ariza, Anfernee Simons, Gary Trent Jr.

GPP Sleeper: Anfernee Simons, Gary Trent Jr.

Memphis Grizzlies @ Los Angeles Lakers

Vegas Total: 233

Vegas Spread: LAL -11.5

For the Grizzlies, the best play here is going to be Ja Morant, as he should bounce back after having a down game last night. Jonas Valanciunas plays better in half court games like this, but its a tough matchup against AD. Jaren Jackson Jr. has also picked up his play and is firmly in play for GPPs, along with Brandon Clarke who who has been playing well lately as well. Dillon Brooks has been solid as well but is a bit scoring dependent. That’s about all I have interest in from the Grizzlies. De’Anthony Melton is also in play for value here as he is playing big minutes off the bench.

Your two main targets here are going to be LeBron James and Anthony Davis as those two dominate usage. Avery Bradley has picked up his play of late as well, but if I’m going to target value here it’ll be on the Memphis side as they are on the 2nd half of a B2B. Kyle Kuzma is also a fine value play, but if I’m going to target a hammer game it’ll be the Pels and Blazers.

5-star play: LeBron James, Anthony Davis

4-star play: Ja Morant, Jonas Valanciunas, Dillon Brooks

Deeper Value: De’Anthony Melton, Kyle Kuzma, Avery Bradley

GPP Sleeper: Brandon Clarke, De’Anthony Melton
