But, you’ll mostly find me in our VIP coaching forums where I provide detailed lineup maneuvers and answer all lineup questions. With that said, let’s get it started!

Full Court Press:

Indiana Pacers @ Charlotte Hornets

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Pacers, Malcolm Brogdon continues to dominate and is averaging 47.8 Draftkings points per game this season and gets a great matchup against a Hornets team that plays very little defense. He’s priced up, but he should be, he’s a solid play on this slate. Myles Turner and Domantas Sabonis are considered questionable for this game, as Turner is closer to doubtful. For the sake of this write-up I’ll Turner out and Sabonis in, but keep an eye on that Breaking News Feed for updates. With Turner off the court, this season Sabonis has just a 22% usage rate but is getting 1.2 fantasy points per minute. I like him here against an undersized frontcourt.  Jeremy Lamb has a nice 25% usage rate on the season and makes for a nice GPP play. Finally, TJ Warren is just too volatile for me to want to confidently target here for cash games but has gone over 30 Draftkings points in three of his past four and should get extra run here with Turner off the court, I like him for GPPs. From the Hornets, Terry Rozier continues to play well but he’s priced where he should be and is in a tough matchup, he’s best suited for GPPs on this slate. Cody Zeller finally had a down game last outing, but it was mostly due to minutes, I would expect him to bounce back here. PJ Washington is a nice GPP play, but a little too expensive for me for cash games. Devonte’ Graham and Dwayne Bacon are both elite GPP plays but too volatile for cash games.

5-star plays: Malcolm Brogdon, Domantas Sabonis

4-star plays: Jeremy Lamb, Terry Rozier, Cody Zeller

Deeper Value: Goga Bitadze

GPP Sleeper: TJ Warren, Terry Rozier, PJ Washington, Devonte’ Graham, Dwayne Bacon

Boston Celtics @ Cleveland Cavaliers

Vegas Total: 213.5

Vegas Spread: Bos -5.5

This game has a fairly low implied total and the Celtics aren’t favored by as much as I thought they might be, but we’ll see if we can find some nice plays here. Starting with the Celtics, Jaylen Brown has been ruled out for this game so there should be some extra minutes and usage to go around. With both he and Kanter off the court this season, Jayson Tatum sees the biggest usage bump at +4.6%. Kemba Walker also sees a nice 1.34 fantasy points per minute and gets a solid matchup against a young Cavs backcourt. Gordon Hayward has flashed signs of the old him and has a chance to build off that here, I like him at his price range. Finally, Daniel Theis will be the primary beneficiary from Enes Kanter being doubtful here and makes sense as a low to mid-range option. From the Cavaliers, Kevin Love continues to play like the old Kevin Love and I like going back to him here at a fair price tag. Tristan Thompson continues to rack up the double-double’s and should no problem owning the glass here against Daniel Theis and company. The rest of this team is really just GPP plays for me at best, that said the Celtics are 27th in defense against opposing point guards on the season.

5-star play: Jayson Tatum, Kemba Walker, Kevin Love, Tristan Thompson

4-star play: Gordon Hayward, Daniel Theis

Deeper Value: Brandon Knight

GPP Sleeper: Jordan Clarkson, Collin Sexton, Darius Garland, Brandon Knight

San Antonio Spurs @ Atlanta Hawks

Vegas Total:

Vegas Spread:

Starting with the Spurs, Dejounte Murray continues to be a point per minute monster coming off a 43 Draftking point night in just 24 minutes against the Lakers. This is an elite matchup for him along with DeMar DeRozan on this slate. LaMarcus Aldridge draws a great matchup as well but has scored 20 or less Draftkings points in two of his last three games. Rudy Gay is never a guy that I set out to target, but if you land on him as one of the last guys in your lineup I won’t talk you off of him. Derrick White and Bryn Forbes make sense as value plays here as well. From the Hawks, Trae Young is questionable here so keep an eye on the Breaking News Tab for news on him. I’ll operate under the assumption that he is in here and if so it’s hard not to like him but we will have to be cautious of any type of minute restriction. John Collins feels closer to probable here but is priced too high for me to have a whole lot of interest. Deandre’ Bembry is really only in play if Trae Young sits due to his elevated price tag. Similarly, Jabari Parker is really only in play for me if John Collins sits. Cam Reddish and De’Andre Hunter are both GPP plays.

5-star play: Dejounte Murray, DeMar DeRozan

4-star play: LaMarcus Aldridge, Trae Young

Deeper Value: Cam Reddish, De’Andre Hunter

GPP Sleeper: Trae Young, John Collins

Orlando Magic @ Oklahoma City Thunder

Vegas Total: 204.5

Vegas Spread: Okc -3.5

This game features one of the lower implied totals that I have seen all season, so we will need to be wary of who we attack here because there won’t be as many possessions as some of the other games on this slate. Starting with the Magic, the big guy on this team in Nikola Vucevic who has a 26.1% usage rate on the season. Vuc gets a potentially tough matchup with Steven Adams here who is questionable. I like Vucevic here but feels a little bit overpriced. Aaron Gordon has been all over the place this season, he’s a GPP play at best for me. Jonathan Isaac has played well this season averaging just about 30 Draftkings points per game and is in a solid spot here. If Markelle Fultz gets the start again here I will have a lot of interest in him at a very cheap price tag to help jam in some more superstars. From the Thunder, I’m going to keep playing Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, he’s one of my favorite DFS players and is still too cheap here. Chris Paul has scored at least 35 Draftkings points in two straight games and has 0.94 fantasy points per minute. Danilo Gallinari and Dennis Schroeder both feel overpriced to me here but are fine GPP plays. I don’t have a lot of interest in Steven Adams here but if he’s out I will get to quite a bit of Nerlens Noel.

5-star play: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander

4-star play: Nikola Vucevic, Jonathan Isaac, Chris Paul, Markelle Fultz

Deeper Value: Markelle Fultz, Nerlens Noel

GPP Sleeper: Aaron Gordon, Danilo Gallinari, Dennis Schroeder

Los Angeles Lakers @ Chicago Bulls

Vegas Total: 214

Vegas Spread: Lal -6.5

By now we all know the story with the Lakers, most of the production on this team will come down to Anthony Davis and LeBron James. They both have 32% usage rates on the season and are both elite plays here, not much else to say. Dwight Howard isn’t getting a ton of minutes but is doing the most of it when he is out there, he has 1.26 fantasy points per minute on the season and makes a lot of sense for GPPs as a mid-range center option. From the Bulls, Lauri Markkanen draws a very difficult matchup against Anthony Davis while Zach LaVine’s matchup isn’t a whole lot better. That said, the Bulls will need their scoring if they want to make this a competitive game. Wendell Carter continues to play well and they will need his size to help guard AD in this one. Tomas Satoransky and Otto Porter make sense as some value plays here.

5-star play: LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Zach LaVine

4-star play: Lauri Markkanen, Wendell Carter Jr., Dwight Howard

Deeper Value: Tomas Satoransky, Otto Porter

GPP Sleeper: Zach LaVine, Lauri Markkanen, Dwight Howard

Miami Heat @ Denver Nuggets

Vegas Total: 210

Vegas Spread: Den -5.0

Starting with the Heat, Justise Winslow is the only questionable guy that we need to worry about here, I’ll operate under the assumption that he is active. Jimmy Butler continues to rack up the peripheral stats and now has 13 steals in just three games this season on top of his usual scoring. I don’t know how many steals will be available in a tough matchup with the Nuggets, but this is a nice price for Jimmy. I’ve been playing a lot of Bam Adebayo this season but this is a very tough matchup for him against Jokic, I’ll wait for a better spot to play him again. Both Tyler Herro and Kendrick Nunn continue to play well this season and it really hasn’t mattered who’s been available and who hasn’t, obviously they both get a boost if Winslow is out, but if he’s in I wouldn’t let it talk you off of these guys. From the Nuggets, Nikola Jokic has been held to under 40 Draftkings points in three of his last four games but does see an advantageous matchup here against an undersized Heat unit. Jamal Murray will likely see Jimmy Butler on defense, so this is a spot where I’ll fade him. With Will Barton still nursing an injury we can expect to see Gary Harris play a ton of minutes here and makes for a nice value option.

5-star play: Jimmy Butler, Nikola Jokic

4-star play: Tyler Herro, Kendrick Nunn, Gary Harris

Deeper Value: Gary Harris, Malik Beasley

GPP Sleeper: Bam Adebayo
