DFS NBA Lineup Strategies – Blande’s 6th Man – Winning Fanduel Advice March 28th

Hi there! I’m Glen but I go by Blande and you can find me on twitter as @DfsBlande. I’m a contributor and coach over here at the DFS Army.

Welcome to another edition of 6th Men on this eight-game slate. This is a nice sized slate, presenting us with a lot of opportunities off the bench. The SG position has an especially strong bench presence tonight. Let’s navigate through these opportunities and look at some of the best options.

CORE PLAYS

PG – Spencer Dinwiddie ($5,800): Dinwiddie’s price has come down from lofty heights. He is playing 30+ minutes off the bench and has 45+ upside. At his price, and minutes, he has a solid floor. Combined with his upside, he makes for a solid cash/hybrid play tonight.

PG – Goran Dragic ($5,000): With Josh Richardson out, and Justise Winslow questionable, and likely out, Dragic will get around 30 minutes tonight. The matchup is phenomenal for him. He is extremely cheap tonight needing just 30 FDPs to hit value. He has 40+ upside here, making him a core play.

SG – Dwayne Wade ($5,800): Wade has been playing lights out, putting up 39.3 and 46.9 FDPs in 28 and 29 minutes in his last two games. He gets the excellent matchup against the Mavericks tonight and given his upside and price, makes for a core all-format play.

PF – Marvin Bagley III ($7,600): Marvin Bagley disappointed a lot of people last time out. This is the perfect spot to go right back to the well. The matchup is as good as it gets, and his upside is tremendous. In his last matchup against the Pelicans, he put up 44.1 FDPs in 33 minutes. You can expect something similar tonight. He is a core all-format play.

GPP PLAYS

SG – Lou Williams ($7,300): Sweet Lou gets a nice matchup tonight. With Patrick Beverley out, Lou will get to handle even more of an offensive workload tonight. The spot is excellent, and he has 50+ upside in this matchup. He is a solid Hybrid/GPP option tonight.

SG – Jordan Clarkson ($5,700): Clarkson continues to be really consistent, averaging 30 FDPs in 32 MPG over his last four. He gets a fantastic matchup tonight against the Spurs who are not the best against guards. With his 40+ upside, he makes for a good Hybrid/GPP option tonight.

SF – Norman Powell ($4,000): With Kawhi out, and OG Anunoby questionable, Norman Powell is in line to play significant minutes. At a weak SF position, if Anunoby is out, Powell becomes one of the best drop-score candidates on the slate.

PF – Montrezl Harrell ($7,800): Harrell is expensive, but he has a great matchup tonight. Matchup-wise alone, Harrell is one of the top options on this slate. However, his sky-high price makes it really difficult to justify rostering him tonight. He does have upside though, so he is worth taking a shot at in GPPs if MMEing.

These are your 6th Men of the day. Good luck out there Army!
