DFS NBA Lineup Strategies – Blande’s 6th Man – Winning Fanduel Advice March 22nd

Hi there! I’m Glen but I go by Blande and you can find me on twitter as @DfsBlande . I’m a contributor and coach over here at the DFS Army. If you are not yet a member, we have something special for you right now. Use the link here and promo code “BLANDE” to get 20% off your subscription.

It’s #FreebieFriday over here at the DFS Army, and the DFS gods have blessed us with a seven-game NBA slate tonight. The slate today has a mixture of top-class plays off the bench and really good drop-score options. Let’s take a look at what we are dealing with.

CORE PLAYS

SF – Chandler Parsons ($4,100): With all the injuries the Grizzlies are dealing with, and more keep piling up, Chandler Parsons is being forced into good minutes. He has 33.7 and 28.3 FDPs in 22 and 25 MPG respectively in his last 2 games. He will play 25-30 minutes tonight and makes for an excellent all-format drop-score candidate.

PF – Montrezl Harrell ($8,300): Harrell is in fine form right now. He has put up four straight games for 40+ FDPs. He gets a great matchup against the Cavs tonight. His price, however, is a little high. Given his form, price, and matchup, he makes for a solid cash play tonight.

PF – Larry Nance Jr. ($5,800): Nance will play 25-30 minutes tonight for the Cavs as Tristan Thompson remains limited. The matchup against the Clippers is one of the best on the board. This is the kind of spot Nance excels in, and his price makes him a solid all-format option here tonight.

GPP PLAYS

PG – Alex Caruso ($5,000): With Hart already ruled out, Caruso will get 25-30 minutes tonight. He has been playing well and this is the kind of matchup he could rack up some steals in. His price is not the best, but he makes for a GPP option here tonight.

SG – Lou Williams ($7,400): Sweet Lou has been in a mini-slump here, but there’s nothing like a matchup against the Cavs to pull you out of one. He’ll get his opportunities tonight against a Cavs team that struggles defensively. His current form and price tag limit him to a hybrid/GPP role though.

SG – Jordan Clarkson ($5,200): Clarkson finally came to life last game. He’ll look to continue that trend against the Clippers tonight. It’s a good matchup for Clarkson and he has 40+ upside when he steps on the court. He is a GPP option tonight.

SF – DeMarre Carroll ($4,000): Carroll will be needed by the Nets tonight as they deal with LeBron and the Lakers. He has tremendous upside in this matchup tonight, and at just 4k, makes for a nice drop-score candidate.

SF – Derrick Jones Jr. ($3,700): Derrick Jones will get the starting nod once again in place of Winslow. He played 31 minutes last game, and while he did nothing with it, he does have some upside. With those minutes and his price, he is a good drop-score candidate.
