The AND 1 rating was developed by Ben Jammin @xBenJamminx and is apart of our NBA Research Station.The rating is an all-encompassing metric that will lead you to the best plays on each slate each day. One of my favorite things to do is use the ADORE 😍 feature in the Domination Station on all of these players so that I’m sure to get heavy exposure to them across my lineups.
T’Wolves Center Karl Anthony Towns has the #1 AND1 Rating tonight of 22.3 in his matchup vs the Pelicans. On the Season the Pelicans have played at a 105 Pace and have a 110 Team Defensive Efficiency Rating. On top of that, they have allowed 2% more Fantasy Points to Small Forwards than the League Average. Over his last 5 games, Towns has averaged 48.8 fantasy points per game. The last time Towns faced the Pelicans on 1/12/19 he dropped 78.9 fantasy points, scoring 27 real points and grabbing 27 rebounds. He should be in line for another great game tonight.
