If you guys don’t know me – I am a diehard when it comes to Sports and DFS. I have the luxury of not only watching every game but also using Data as well to break things down to construct proper lineups. My articles will feature a CORE for your NBA lineups. These are guys I consider Cash Safe. I will also dive into some GPP pivots that I believe will be lesser owned and can leverage you against the field. Draftkings has incorporated a late swap now for NBA. Fanduel is removing the lowest score in your lineups so there is some strategy there to take more risks with punts and sleepers. Pricing will be listed as Fanduel first then Draftkings after. I will also be giving away 1 or 2 Daily NBA picks extracted from our NBA Model that I also use to help me build lineups. CORE/CASH
Editor’s Note: These plays are recommended for Cash Games and Small Field GPPs.
PG – Terry Rozier (6100 on both) – No Kyrie? Fire up Terry. This is a contract year for Rozier so anytime he gets the opportunity to start – you can expect him to go out and do whatever it takes. Steals, Blocks, be aggressive. Whatever it takes. He’s playing to become a starter somewhere. His price is still good enough to play in cash format and small field tournaments.
SG – Kentaviuous Caldwell-Pope (4500/4900) – Pope has been on a tear ever since Lebron went down. His minutes are steadily increasing and Kuzma is currently questionable. I have no issue playing Pope in Cash if Kuzma plays and if Kuzma sits – I will have Pope everywhere.
SF – Giannis Antetokounmpo (12500/11700) – Giannis dropped 73 on Atlanta last time they played. Everyone might be afraid of a blowout here, but the truth is the Bucks haven’t blown out Atlanta since 2014. If you think this game gets out of hand – then only play Giannis in Cash but he is the top stud on the slate for me tonight. To encourage that game theory of a closer game, swing back Giannis with a Hawk, like Bembry or Huerter.
PF – Tobias Harris (7400/7100) – Tobias’ Price has steadily been decreasing on both sites. I get it. He hasn’t been lighting up the DFS Scoreboard. However, his matchup tonight is a beautiful one and last time they matched up he dropped 50. To me, this is a pricing mistake due to his matchup. He should be around 8k in this sort of matchup and we will take advantage of that.
C – Karl Anthony Towns (10600/9900) – Towns is your cash center tonight. He has the highest floor and you can argue to play him in GPPs too. Twolves are short-handed again tonight and Towns will continue to be a usage monster.

GPP/PIVOTS
Editor’s Note: These plays are recommended for Large Field GPPs.
PG – Eric Bledsoe (7200/6600) – The Hawks are AWFUL against PGs. Bledsoe always hangs out in that price range where people just do not want to roster him. He played them twice last year and posted close or over 40 each time. They got worse at defending PGs this year. I’m looking at you Trae Young.
SG – Viktor Oladipo (8800 on both) – If I write up Dipo – you gotta have him in some of your GPPs. I don’t do it often. He must of been a rodeo clown in his prior life as he just destroys the bulls every time they play. He has posted a 45/43/57/58 last 4 times they have played.
SF – Paul George (10200/9700) – George is playing out of his mind this year. He was in foul trouble last game and had a TERRIBLE 1st half yet still managed 50+ and 37 real points. If you are looking to pivot off of Giannis – Look no further than PG13.
PF – Al-Farouq Aminu (5700/5200) – Aminu is on one of his little hot streaks again. One thing about the Chief in a DFS sense…he will disappear for like a month then rise like the Undertaker and stop dropping 30+ games every night. We are on the tail end of his streak so I would only play him in GPPs
C – Marc Gasol (8400/8100) – No one likes playing Marc Gasol. Hell, I don’t even like to. However, he is playing against the Nets. The nets refuse to guard big men. It is just not in their DNA. He dropped 50 on them last time they met and I could very well see that happening again tonight.
