What is #TheMenu Exactly?
- Tier 1 plays: These are my personal plays and these plays are tracked. These plays have an all time record of 1008-823-36 , +126 units and a ROI of 5.56%.
- Tier 2 plays: These plays made my short list; however, they weren’t strong enough for me to make Tier1 plays. If you like to typically play more volume, Tier2 plays should be the next set of plays to look at once you have locked in Tier1 plays.
- Tier3 plays: Highly speculative and you will find some big underdogs in this section. These plays can be used to build some crazy parlays or be played straight up.
- Sharp money plays: I have access to sharp sportsbook where I get information to what real-life sharp bettors are betting on. A sharp bettor is someone that the sportsbook has identified as someone who 1- wins at a higher rate then the average, 2- bets large sums of dollars, 3- The sportsbook tends to adjust their lines quickly when a sharp bettor takes a position on a game.
- System plays: These are plays that are backed with data and historical outcomes. Example: in the NHL, well rested teams (3 day rest or more) that are favorites are 10-1 in 2021.
- “What the sportsbook needs” plays: These are basically plays that the sportsbook will cheer for since they have liability on the other side. Throughout the day I get updates on where the money is going and by the time TheMenu is released we have a clear snapshot of where most of the money has landed. #TheMenu Tier 1, 2, & Sharp Money Plays | April 12
New week new grind.
IN THE NBA… Not a busy day on the injury front and my attention is mostly at the NHL trade deadline to be honest. I have UTAH projected at -11.5 with Beal in. He’s supposed to play. If Murray doesn’t play, we have on the Warriors at +4. DEN is on a b2b. Ball should be out again and I took him off the projections, the -2.5 is accurate. We should keep an eye on Kleber and Kuzma… both were removed from the projections.
Early sharp money is on DEN -3.5 and CHI over 229.
IN THE NHL, we have value on ARI, CBJ, SJ…. ARI is a big dog with SJ is a big FAV…. my focus would be handicapping CBJ… however, they just lost a big piece of their leadership… Laine wants out… CHI seems to be aligned to make for a solid push….. so I doubt will be targeting this game. MIN, CAR and LAK for some sharp money early this morning.
IN THE MLB… the model is still a little everywhere … adjusting last year weight (covid) with this year… and the mid and long term models aging… anyway.. worth in progress… value on TEX, WSH, TOR, PITT…. A LOT of over plays…. No sharp indication in MLB at this point.

TheBook picks have been on a heater last 2 days going 11-2. They’ve been smashing all square action.
Tier1 plays went 3-2 and we finished the week on a positive note.
Sharp money plays slowed down a little last 2-3 days. Trade deadline in the NHL , I’ll probably go easy this week unless I see the book miss a big price for games!! Are we ready to grind for another week???

Last week, we had a decent week. NHL was our strongest sport going 7-2 for the week. NBA keeps on being profitable. We finished 7-5. MLB is slow to start, like most of the years, we finished the at 5-6 losing 0.65 unit. Overall, 1913 +5.5 units +59% for an ROI at 17%.
For the month, Keg (Player Props coach…see below) is at +16 units and on fire. I (AnthonyP) am +9.12 units, 62.5% for a +22.51% ROI. NHL is at 82% (9-2) NBA at 63% (10-6) MLB at 46% (6-7).
