But, you’ll mostly find me in our VIP coaching forums where I provide detailed lineup maneuvers and answer all lineup questions. Golden State Warriors @ Charlotte Hornets

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: TBD

The Warriors are on the 2nd half of a B2B here, but Charlotte is still a work in progress so I think they should keep this game competitive. Steph Curry is your obvious pay up option here, as the likes of Terry Rozier and LaMelo Ball won’t be able to contain him. Draymond Green may sit here on the 2nd half of a B2B, especially after being a GTD last night. Kelly Oubre has also been heating up, and he’s taken on a nice secondary role to Steph over the past few weeks. Andrew Wiggins has been decent, but I won’t be going out of my way to play him here. Mychal Mulder has also been seeing an increased role off the bench and Juan Toscano-Anderson would be in line for a bigger role if Draymond sits here.

For the Hornets, LaMelo Ball really has started to make the jump and show his talent level as the No. 3 overall pick. He’s been great over the past few weeks, and I like him again here tonight, especially if Devonte’ Graham misses here again. Terry Rozier would also see a bigger role if Graham is out and Gordon Hayward will always have a heavy role in this offense and his price has come down a bit. The Warriors have also been getting crushed inside by bigs, which puts Cody Zeller in play here as well, especially at his price point. We’ll need some news on PJ Washington as well, because if he is out it’ll open up more minutes for Miles Bridges.

5-star play: Steph Curry, LaMelo Ball

4-star play: Draymond Green, Gordon Hayward, Cody Zeller, Kelly Oubre

Deeper Value: Mychal Mulder, Eric Paschall, Juna Toscano-Anderson, Miles Bridges

GPP Sleeper: Juan Toscano-Anderson (if Draymond is out)

Indiana Pacers @ Houston Rockets

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: TBD

The Pacers get a nice pace up matchup here against the Rockets, hopefully the Rockets can hang in this one because this game represents some real fantasy goodness. Domantas Sabonis draws a premier matchup here, as he’ll be able to get whatever he wants inside against this weak Houston interior. Malcolm Brogdon has also been heating back up after having a few down weeks, and the matchup is solid against John Wall. Myles Turner also draws a premier matchup here, he’s a great GPP play on a smaller slate like this. Jeremy Lamb has also been heating up and seeing more minutes, and if you’re looking to get different, T.J. McConnell has been playing heavy minutes off the bench as has Doug McDermott.

For the Rockets, John Wall is going to be the premier play here, especially if Oladipo misses again today, as the spot to attack the Pacers is going to be at the guard spot. DeMarcus Cousins has a tough matchup here, but if Wood is out again then they’ll need his big body to deal with Turner and Sabonis. Jae’Sean Tate has also been seeing an increased role with all the injuries, and they’ll need his big body as well. Eric Gordon’s availability is up in the air here as well, and if he is out it’ll open up some more value in the form of Ben McLemore, and Danuel House.

5-star play: Domantas Sabonis, John Wall

4-star play: Victor Oladipo, Malcolm Brogdon, Myles Turner, DeMarcus Cousins

Deeper Value: Jeremy Lamb, T.J. McConnell, Jae’Sean Tate

GPP Sleeper: Doug McDermott, T.J. McConnell, Danuel House

Miami Heat @ Los Angeles Lakers

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: TBD

This should be one of the lower scoring games on the slate with the Heat likely slowing this game way down and the Lakers don’t play at a fast pace either. Jimmy Butler has been white hot as he dropped another triple-double in the last game, and he’s been on a tear over the past week and a half. Bam Adebayo also draws a solid matchup, especially with AD out, and he will need to step up here as well if they want to win this game. Tyler Herro is also in play especially if he continues to come off the bench, as he should dominate usage with that 2nd unit. If Dragic is out again, it also likely means that Kendrick Nunn will draw the start again, and he is in play on a small slate as well. Kelly Olynyk is a solid value as well as he continues to play heavy minutes for this Heat team. The Heat do have a tight rotation so this is a team we can use a piece or two from when building our lineups.

For the Lakers, AD is out for the next few weeks as they won’t risk that achilles especially considering they are well on their way to locking up a playoff spot. This makes LeBron James a premier play here tonight, as he’ll be doing it all for the Lakers but the matchup isn’t the best as the Heat are really solid defensively. Dennis Schroder will also see an increased role, he missed last game but I think he should be back here. Montrezl Harrell will also see an increased role with Davis on the shelf, and his minutes will be blowout proof here tonight so I really like him especially since the Heat 2nd unit is not great defensively in the frontcourt. Kyle Kuzma will likely slide into the starting role as well and see 30+ minutes tonight which puts him in play as well, but his price has already shot up. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is also in play for value, he has some nice upside with AD out and I like him on FanDuel more as he can get you value just in steals alone. Overall this is a Lakers team that we can get a few pieces from tonight. If Schroder misses again, then Alex Caruso would also see a nice boost as well.

5-star play: Jimmy Butler, LeBron James

4-star play: Bam Adebayo, Tyler Herro, Dennis Schroder, Montrezl Harrell

Deeper Value: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Kyle Kuzma

GPP Sleeper: Kendrick Nunn, Kelly Olynyk

Sacramento Kings @ Chicago Bulls

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: TBD

For the Kings, it looks like we’ll be waiting on injury news again here, particularly with Barnes and Holmes, so if Holmes is out it should open up a ton of minutes for the likes of Marvin Bagley, Nemanja Bjelica, and Hassan Whiteside. Bagley was still on a minutes limit but crushed anyway, but we need both of those guys to be out for those 3 to be viable. De’Aaron Fox should also see more usage, and the matchup is solid against this weak Bulls defense and to boot his price has come down on FanDuel. Buddy Hield and Tyrese Haliburton will also pick up some slack as well, overall this Kings team is one that we can target tonight if those two guys are out, as it will open up a good amount of value.

For the Bulls, Zach LaVine is off to another career year start, and he is their main source of offense so he’s firmly in play in this one against a fast paced Kings team. Wendell Carter Jr. is also back and rounding into form, and the Kings are allowing the most FPPG to opposing big men over their last 7 games than any other team in the NBA. Coby White is also in play, but he is losing minutes to Tomas Satoransky who is a solid value especially on FanDuel. Lauri Markkanen is still out, so that makes Denzel Valentine a decent value, but he’s been disappointing us over the past few weeks as well. Garrett Temple even started last night, and if he does so again tonight then I relaly like him for value, especially over Valentine.

5-star play: De’Aaron Fox, Zach LaVine

4-star play: Marvin Bagley, Wendell Carter Jr., Buddy Hield, Tyrese Haliburton

Deeper Value: Nemanja Bjelica, Garrett Temple

GPP Sleeper: Hassan Whiteside, Tomas Satoransky

Phoenix Suns @ Memphis Grizzlies

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: TBD

The Suns are coming off a hard fought win last night, in which Chris Paul has 19 assists which is mind blowing in today’s age, he’s firmly in play against Ja tonight. Devin Booker has also been slowly increasing his usage, but his ceiling is a bit capped as long as CP3 continues to dish out assists instead of him. DeAndre Ayton has also been picking it up as of late, and his price has come down significantly on FanDuel and he’s a solid play going against JoVal tonight. Mikal Bridges has really solidified his role with this Suns team as well, and he could be a GPP sleeper once again tonight. Frank Kaminsky even started last night even with Jae Crowder healthy, those two will eat into each other’s usage for the forseeable future, so with the Suns having a pretty deep rotation I’ll likely stay away from both of them.

For the Grizzlies, they won last night as well, and you can see the development of Ja Morant as he continues to shine as their PG of the future. He has a tougher matchup tonight against CP3 but at his price on FanDuel he is squarely in play. Jonas Valanciunas is their 2nd main option on offense, and he gets a solid matchup here against the likes of Ayton and Kaminsky, so he should have some success there as well. The Grizzlies also have a very deep rotation though, as 10 guys played at least 12 minutes, but if Brooks is out again tonight, I’d be comfortable playing Grayson Allen and Desmond Bane as values, but not much outside of those two guys.

5-star play: Chris Paul

4-star play: Ja Morant, Jonas Valanciunas, Devin Booker, DeAndre Ayton

Deeper Value: Frank Kaminsky, Jae Crowder, Grayson Allen, Desmond Bane

GPP Sleeper: Jae Crowder

Washington Wizards @ Portland Trail Blazers

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: TBD

Looks like the Wizards will be at full strength here, so that kind of limits the upside of both Russell Westbrook and Bradley Beal, but both are obviously in play tonight as this should be the highest scoring game of the night. Davis Bertans is finally starting to heat up as well, as his shot was really falling the other night. He’s one of my favorite GPP sleepers this evening. The Wizards are starting to look a lot better after their rough start to the year, after beating the Nuggets in their last game, largely in part due to the role of Rui Hachimura who has stepped his game up as well. If you’re looking for value, Deni Avdija also played 20+ off the bench, as did Robin Lopez as we’ll need some news on Moe Wagner, he’d likely start if he is out.

For the Trail Blazers, the obvious play here is Damian Lillard as he’s going to play almost 40 minutes here and the pace of this game will allow him to score even more FPs after coming off a monster game last time out. Gary Trent Jr. will also play close to 40 minutes as well and he has really taken on that secondary scoring role with McCollum still out. Enes Kanter also has a very favorable matchup here as the Wizards are horrible inside. He should be able to get whatever he wants against this weak frontcourt. That also puts Robert Covington into play as he is playing 30+ minutes, as is Derrick Jones Jr. and if you’re looking to go deep, Carmelo Anthony leads that 2nd unit in scoring so he is a decent GPP play tonight in a game like this.

5-star play: Damian Lillard, Russell Westbrook, Bradley Beal

4-star play: Enes Kanter, Gary Trent Jr., Davis Bertans

Deeper Value: Rui Hachimura, Robert Covington, Carmelo Anthony

GPP Sleeper: Derrick Jones Jr., Robin Lopez

NBA Lock of the Day:

Damian Lillard (FD: $9,900 DK: $10,600)

I like Dame a bit more on FanDuel due to his price, but given the pace and play of this matchup it is going to be a fantasy point gold mine. Dame shines in games like these, and he is coming off of a monster game last time out as well. Given that Westbrook is also known for talking trash, I think that will only piss Dame off and an angry Dame is a scary Dame to go against, so he’ll be core for me here tonight.
