Full Court Press:

Houston Rockets @ Charlotte Hornets

Vegas Total: 220

Vegas Spread: HOU -8.0

For the Rockets, my favorite play is going to be James Harden on this side of the ball, as Russ hasn’t really been up to snuff since the ASB. Russell Westbrook hasn’t been too sharp lately, but the upside is always there, especially against the Hornets who can’t defend guards. Robert Covington also makes for a decent play here, and I like him here as the Hornets can’t defend bigs and he’s been playing great since joining the Rockets. With how the 3 of them hog usage on this team I don’t want much else here.

For the Hornets, they draw a really tough matchup here, as they’ll need to score a ton to keep up with the Rockets. Devonte’ Graham has been their main source of offense though, and he draws a really nice matchup here as the Rockets can’t defend guards. Miles Bridges has been on a tear since winning MVP at the Rising Stars game and would see a boost if Graham and Monk are both out again tonight. Terry Rozier has looked awful since the ASB, but he’s cheap on FanDuel so I can see you going there, especially if Graham and Monk are out again. Cody Zeller has also been starting, but he draws a really difficult matchup here as well as the Rockets playing small ball has worked. I’ll like Bismack Biyombo a bit if Zeller doesn’t suit up here.

5-star plays: James Harden, Russell Westbrook

4-star plays: Devonte’ Graham, Terry Rozier, Miles Bridges, Robert Covington

Deeper Value: Cody Zeller, Terry Rozier, Danuel House

GPP Sleeper: Devonte’ Graham

Utah Jazz @ Detroit Pistons

Vegas Total: 213

Vegas Spread: UTH -8.0

For the Jazz, Mike Conley draws a really nice matchup here, along with Donovan Mitchell as the Pistons really can’t defend guards at all. The Jazz are on the 2nd half of a B2B, so I don’t see them being on their A game here. Rudy Gobert also draws a really nice matchup here, as no one on this Pistons team can defend him down low. Bojan Bogdanovic is also in play here for cash games, as he should be able to get as many open looks as he wants. He’s scoring dependent though so I think his upside is limited given how this game should play out.

For the Pistons, your main target is likely going to be Christian Wood here, as he’s really taken over for this team and is their main option on offense. The blowout risk is real here, but his minutes should be blowout proof either way. My favorite play from this game may become Jordan McRae as he should play heavy minutes here with the Pistons, especially if Brandon Knight misses this game as well. Thon Maker also draws a decent matchup here, and has actually been playing pretty well since Drummond left town, but if he misses then I’ll have some shares of John Henson . Langston Galloway will also continue to play big minutes off the bench and is a deeper GPP play as well.

5-star play: Rudy Gobert, Donovan Mitchell, Christian Wood

4-star play: Mike Conley, Brandon Knight, Bojan Bogdanovic

Deeper Value: Jordan McRae, John Henson, Langston Galloway

GPP Sleeper: Jordan McRae

Denver Nuggets @ Cleveland Cavaliers

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: DEN -9.0

For the Nuggets, Michael Porter Jr. is going to be a nice GPP option here tonight if Paul Millsap sits this game. He’s a decent value especially on FanDuel, but if Millsap plays, he’s a bit underpriced here as well. Nikola Jokic should have a solid game here, as the Hornets can’t defend on the interior, and he should feast on the boards. I could see this being one of those triple double games for him and I love him in all formats tonight. Jamal Murray draws a solid matchup here, as the Hornets have been more susceptible to PGs over the past few weeks. Gary Harris has looked off the past few weeks. That’s about all I really like from the Nuggets here, you can go to Will Barton or Monte Morris if you want some deeper end GPPs plays.

For the Cavs, Kevin Love is going to be their main source of offense here, especially if Tristan Thompson and Andre Drummond both sit again. If they’re both out, then you can fire up Larry Nance once again here, as he’ll have to play heavy minutes. Collin Sexton will handle the ball a ton here as well, especially with Garland out, and he’s been smashing since Garland went down and his price hasn’t moved. Kevin Porter Jr. is out indefinitely as well, so that’s a nice boost to Cedi Osman’s minutes, and he’ll go overlooked here tonight.

5-star play: Nikola Jokic, Kevin Love

4-star play: Larry Nance, Collin Sexton, Jamal Murray, Paul Millsap, Will Barton

Deeper Value: Cedi Osman, Gary Harris, Monte Morris

GPP Sleeper: Cedi Osman

Atlanta Hawks @ Memphis Grizzlies

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: MEM -6.0

For the Hawks, Trae Young is a GTD once again here after missing last night, if he sits, then that is a major boost to John Collins and Jeff Teague who will likely both see a ton of minutes. Cam Reddish and De’Andre Hunter will also see a boost here, so I really like their prospects of succeeding especially against this Memphis lack of defense. Dewayne Dedmon is also underpriced here, and he should play some solid minutes here as long as they don’t rest him on a B2B. Brandon Goodwin will also be playable here if Trae misses as a deeper GPP option.

For the Grizzlies, Ja Morant is going to be your main target, as the Hawks rank dead last defensively against PGs, but he’ll need to see 30+ minutes to hit that ceiling. Jonas Valanciunas also draws a nice matchup here, as the Hawks can’t defend bigs either. Dillon Brooks is a decent GPP option, but I’m not going out of my way to play him here. Kyle Anderson is sadly also in play on a smaller slate, but I hate playing SloMo myself.

5-star play: Trae Young, Ja Morant

4-star play: John Collins, Jonas Valanciunas, Cam Reddish

Deeper Value: De’Andre Hunter, Dewayne Dedmon, Dillon Brooks, Jeff Teague

GPP Sleeper: Cam Reddish, Brandon Goodwin, Jeff Teague

Philadelphia 76ers @ Golden State Warriors

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: PHI -1.5

For the Sixers, they are likely going to be without Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons and Josh Richardson tonight, which will open up a ton of value on this Sixers team. Tobias Harris will see the biggest benefit here, along with Al Horford. Shake Milton will likely handle the majority of the PG duties here, but his price has come up across the industry. He does have a nice matchup here though  It’ll open up even more value for guys coming off the bench, such as Furkan Korkmaz and Alec Burks as well, whom Brett Brown just refuses to play big minutes for some reason. We’ll need a starting lineup though before I make any decisions.

For the Warriors, the main news here is that Steph Curry is back tonight, but he has missed 58 games so we know we’re getting a 24-28 minute limit on him for the rest of the year, so at his price I likely won’t be going there. Draymond Green is a GTD once again tonight so Marquese Chriss, Eric Paschall, and Andrew Wiggins will likely be your 3 main options for the Warriors tonight if he sits again. All 3 of those guys should play heavy minutes and dominate usage. Jordan Poole and Damion Lee are also going to be playing big minutes, with my preference going to Poole here, but the addition of Steph coming back will take the ball out of both of their hands quite a bit, which makes me not love their ceilings. Juan Toscano-Anderson also makes for a deeper GPP plays that could pay off here. Mychal Mulder should also continue to see solid minutes off the bench here as well and is a deeper GPP play.

5-star play: Tobias Harris, Al Horford

4-star play: Draymond Green, Andrew Wiggins, Marquese Chriss, Shake Milton

Deeper Value: Mychal Mulder, Jordan Poole, Eric Paschall, Furkan Korkmaz, Alec Burks

GPP Sleeper: Alec Burks

Sacramento Kings @ Portland Trail Blazers

Vegas Total: TBD

Vegas Spread: POR -3.0

For the Kings, your main target here is going to be De’Aaron Fox as he is the leader of this Kings team, and they’ll likely lean on his offense here, as he has really been heating up since the All-Star Break, the Blazers can’t defend PGs either so the matchup is great. Nemanja Bjelica will also continue to play big minutes as long as Holmes is out, and Harrison Barnes has also been on a heater lately, and Kent Bazemore has also been playing great off the bench. Buddy Hield has also been playing well off the bench and could score a ton in this game. Harry Giles is also continuing to see solid minutes and is a great FPPM player and continually goes overlooked all the time.

For the Blazers, the prime target is going to be Damian Lillard and Hassan Whiteside as they dominate usage here and the Kings play fast which plays nicely into both of their hands. CJ McCollum is also in play as his price has come down since Dame came back. Carmelo Anthony is also in play, but I don’t love him considering the Blazers are fully healthy. There’s not much else to love here outside of those main 4 guys.

5-star play: Damian Lillard, De’Aaron Fox

4-star play: Hassan Whiteside, CJ McCollum, Nemanja Bjelica, Harry Giles, Carmelo Anthony

Deeper Value: Cory Joseph, Kent Bazemore, Harrison Barnes

GPP Sleeper: None
