NBA Full Court Press Breakdown, Advice, and Picks for FanDuel and Draftkings – Nov. 26th, 2019

Welcome to another year of the DFS Army NBA Full Court Press! Members had a ton of success using the Full Court Press along with various articles and tools that DFS Army provides, that said, we are glad to be back with another year of the all-inclusive article. You have to start your research somewhere, and oftentimes going game by game and breaking down every matchup and its key players is the first step in our process. My name is Steve aka @mutt_18  on Twitter, make sure to give me a follow as I’ll occasionally make updates to the advice in the article. But, you’ll mostly find me in our VIP coaching forums where I provide detailed lineup maneuvers and answer all lineup questions. With that said, let’s get it started!

Before I get started, make sure to check out the latest new DFS website. SuperDraft is an innovative new DFS site that does not have salaries but instead uses a multiplier system and better yet, THEY HAVE LATE SWAP! Check out more on how it works below!

Full Court Press:

Los Angeles Clippers @ Dallas Mavericks

Vegas Total: 227.5

Vegas Spread: LAC -2.0

On the Clippers side, Kawhi Leonard (PF) is firmly in play here, as there is no one on this Mavericks team that can shut him down, and in big games like this he has a tendency to takeover. Paul George (SF) is still on a minutes limit, but will get all the usage that he can handle and he’s even been playing a bit with the 2nd unit which helps him and Kawhi a bit. Patrick Beverley (PG) will also see a good amount of minutes as he’ll be tasked defensively with Luka and could pick up some peripheral stats as well. And you can always go to the combo of Lou Williams (SG) and Montrezl Harrell (C) as they are the best in the game at the pick and roll off the bench and their minutes are blowout proof as well.

Luka Doncic (PG) is matchup proof at this point, and he should be able to still do whatever he wants here, even against a tough Clippers defense. Even with Pat Bev likely hounding him all game, his size will still allow him to get the better of him.  Kristaps Porzingis (PF) is also a decent play here, but I’m not too high on him as he isn’t your typical 4 and hangs out at the 3 point line which has been making him more scoring dependent this year. Tim Hardaway Jr. (SG) is also in play for GPPs here, but he is very scoring dependent as we all know, but he’s been averaging over 20 PPG over the last few games since taking over the starting role and he’s still pretty cheap everywhere.

5-star plays: Luka Doncic (PG), Paul George (SF), Kawhi Leonard (SF)

4-star plays: Kristaps Porzingis (PF),

Deeper Value: Tim Hardaway Jr. (SG)

GPP Sleeper: Tim Hardaway Jr. (SG)

Washington Wizards @ Denver Nuggets

Vegas Total: 227

Vegas Spread: DEN -9.5

For the Wizards, it is the Bradley Beal (SG) show right now as he has a usage rate of 35% and has been dominating on offense for the Wizards, with some help from guys off the bench as well. The Nuggets do present a bit of a difficult matchup as Gary Harris is a solid defender and should be on Beal for the duration of this game. Davis Bertans (SF) has played sneak good over the past four games and isn’t the worst play here for GPPs. My favorite play here maybe Isaiah Thomas (PG) as he has a 26% usage rate and gets a solid matchup here as the Nuggets have been allowing a ton of FPs to opposing PGs this year, he’s more of a GPP guy though. Moritz Wagner (C) is also in play for GPPs here as he has shown an explosive ceiling when his shot is falling. I’m not too high on Thomas Bryant here though, as he has a difficult matchup against Jokic who is a solid defender and he loses the size battle once again.

On the Denver side, Nikola Jokic (C), has been much better offensively over the past week, as he is throwing up 20 shots a game, they haven’t been falling that much either, so he’s due for some positive regression on that end. The matchup is prime for him too, as the Wizards have been absolutely bleeding FPs to opposing C’s this year with Bryant starting. Jamal Murray (PG) is in play here tonight on a small slate, as he’ll face off against Isaiah Thomas as has a nice size advantage there. Gary Harris (SG) makes for a decent value play here, as he plays a ton of minutes and will need to continue to do so in order to matchup with Beal. He has those random games where his shot is falling as well and could really pop at low ownership in spots like this. Will Barton (SF) has also been playing pretty well as of late and he’s firmly in play for GPPs, I just don’t love his price.

5-star play: Bradley Beal (SG), Nikola Jokic (C)

4-star play: Jamal Murray (PG), Will Barton (SF), Isaiah Thomas (PG)

Deeper Value: Gary Harris (SG), Davis Bertans (SF), Moritz Wagner (C)

GPP Sleeper: Gary Harris (SG), Davis Bertans (SF), Moritz Wagner (C)
