DFS NBA Lineup Strategies – Blande’s 6th Man – Draftkings and Fanduel Advice Dec 15th

Hi there! I’m Glen but I go by Blande and you can find me on twitter as @DfsBlande . I’m a contributor and coach over here at the DFS Army. If you are not yet a member, use the link here and promo code “BLANDE” to get 10% off your subscription.

Today we decided to open up the DFS Army 6th Man article to the public. This is just a small sample of the numerous tools, articles, and coaching we offer to our members. Take advantage of this opportunity an join the DFS Army now.

It’s a six-game Saturday slate on our hands, and to be honest these can get tricky given the number of teams on a b2b. In general, you should be playing light and having fun here. That said, there are some really good studs on this slate and we need all the value we can get to fit them in nicely. In comes the 6th Men to provide said service. Let’s get into it!

We cover it all over here at the DFS Army! The big slates, he single games, and the niche spots!

CORE PLAYS

Marcus Morris (6700/6700): Morris has taken on a larger role with all the injuries on this Celtics team and he has excelled in it. He’ll be called on to do some more heavy lifting today, making him a solid core play on both sites.

Bobby Portis (5300/5400): Portis has performed well in his two games since returning from injury, average around 1.25 fppm. He’ll be needed today against the Spurs if Lavine is out and could see 25 minutes. That’s more than enough for him to exceed value.

Richaun Holmes (5000/4000): With Ariza out, and Booker and Jackson both questionable, the Suns could be shorthanded tonight, opening up minutes for Holmes. Holmes has been amazing this season in the minutes he gets and a matchup against a defense-allergic Saric will allow Holmes to stretch for his ceiling.

GPP PLAYS

JaMychal Green (5400/4600): Green has good upside here off the bench and is especially cheap on DK for what he brings to the table. This is a tough game all around, and value is needed to fit in some of the studs. Green can offer that value on DK along with some upside.

Terry Rozier (4200/4400): Rozier cuts an interesting picture here in GPPs tonight. He has been getting minutes recently due to the blowout nature most Celtics game tend to go in. This game could go the same way opening the door for Rozier. This play is extremely risky, but he has been playing well and will perform if given the minutes.

Jakob Poetl (4200/4100): The Bulls can’t defend centers even if their lives depended on it. Poetl will get a chance to rack up fantasy points today serving in the backup role to LMA. I especially like this play on FD, where you can use Poetl as your drop score candidate at a center position that is weak today.

Those are your Sixth men for today. Good luck out there today! Make sure to join the DFS Army and get access to our content, tools, coaches, and community that shortens your growth curve for NBA DFS.
