This article focuses primarily on 3-Man snake draft strategy. Reason being is that you can easily apply this information to H2H as well as widen up to 4-Man contests, which is the average size of the daily GPPs. I’m going to break down what I saw in 20-30 drafts today and how we can exploit our opponents using our tools over on DFS Army.

- 100% Chalk: Barkley, Gurley, Hopkins, Jones, Kamara, Mahomes, Thomas.
- 46% Chalk is one the lowest I’ve ever seen in the past two years meaning Drafters are not coming to a consensus on plays.
- I agree with the guys who were chalk, but I would also add in Elliot and Gordon. They are both in smash spots this week and great options.
- Gurley again the #1 overall pick, but not a 100% consensus this week. One reason is Barkley has a higher projection on Draft this week.
- Jones, Hopkins, and OBJ were a virtual pick em in the middle of the draft this week.

Draft Projections & Rankings
The default draft rankings by position in Draft for their top positions. While most of these would be solid plays, they are vastly different than our projections and grades we developed in-house at DFS Army where to take into account many different metrics that these do not. Combining our brand new Starting Lineups Page, Domination Station, Articles, and research station, you can quickly see where some players in absolute smash spots should be drafted higher than what’s on this list.

Strategy
- If you want Mahomes this week, and I don’t know why you wouldn’t, be prepared to grab him with your third pick. There’s enough depth this week to still get solid players.
- With a low chalk week, you have the ability to make a stand. I did. We talked about it in my personal chat channel with VIPs but there is one player I faded 100% over 50 $5 3-mans this week. You’ll have to join to see the discussion.
- There’s a game you may have noticed with a total over 60 this week. You NEED to have one player from that game. I’ve not made a specific game recommendation this year until now.
