Another day, another four-game slate. As the season draws to an end, the games are coming quick and fast. There’s so much going on here today that we need to have our eyes and ears glued for late breaking news. That said, let’s dive into the matchups and find some gems!

  • Las Vegas Aces vs Atlanta Dream

The Dream are right around average in fantasy points given up to point guards, both forwards and centers. This puts A’ja Wilson, Kelsey Plum, and Carolyn Swords in play. Wilson and Plum are playable in all formats. On Fanduel, lineup constructing is extremely difficult, and you’ll find you need to play a lot of Carolyn Swords to make things work. She’s the best guard punt on Fanduel. Kayla McBride is a GPP stud on this slate. While the matchup is tough, she has been on a roll and can perform in it.

Everybody on the Dream is in play today in one form or the other. Elizabeth Williams, Angel McCoughtry, and Tiffany Hayes are playable in all formats. McCoughtry is one of my top plays of the slate. Renee Montgomery and Jessica Breland are GPP staples. Alex Bentley and Imani McGee-Stafford are some of my top punts on the slate. I love them in GPPs. I’ll have limited exposure to Brittney Sykes is GPPs, because of her upside.

  • Seattle Storm @ Indiana Fever

The money move against the Fever is to play PGs, SGs, and PFs. Fire up Breanna Stewart, Jewell Loyd, and Sue Bird. Stewart and Bird are top plays in all formats, while Loyd is a strictly GPP play. Natasha Howard is interesting today. Playing centers against the Fever is just something I don’t do, but Howard’s recent form makes it impossible to completely fade her today. I’ll have shares in GPPs for sure. Finally, Jordin Canada is a usable punt play. With Alysha Clark doubtful, Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis becomes a very interesting punt play at near min-price.

The Fever have a tough task ahead of them today. The best play today is Candice Dupree in a tough matchup against Stewart, she is usable only in GPPs. Natalie Achonwa can also be utilized in GPPs, the same goes with Victoria Vivians. For the guards, it’s really a hot potato situation. Cappie Pondexter and Tiffany Mitchell are cheap enough on Fanduel to be used as punts, while Kelsey Mitchell and Erica Wheeler have the higher upside.

  • Minnesota Lynx @ Chicago Sky

The Lynx need a win badly as they fight for a playoff spot, luckily for them, they face one of the worst defensive team in the league. Sylvia Fowles and Maya Moore are top plays today and are usable in all formats. I love Fowles today, and she is my top play on the slate. Rebekkah Brunson is out today, so Cecilia Zandalasini, Temi Fagbenle, and Erlana Larkins will get a boost. Whoever gets the start is in play at near min-price. What for news on that before lock. Seimone Augustus, Lindsay Whalen, and Danielle Robinson are usable as GPP punts.

The Lynx give up a lot of fantasy points to guards. Fire up Courtney Vandersloot and Allie Quigley in all formats. Both will be among the top scoring guards of the slate. Keeping with guards, Kahleah Copper makes for a good punt play today in GPPs mainly, but she is usable in hybrid lines. On the forward front, Cheyenne Parker is the only real interest I have here. She is usable mainly in GPPs. Gabby Williams, Diamond DeShields, and Stefanie Dolson are mainly fades for me, or very limited ownership in MME.

  • Washington Mystics @ Phoenix Mercury

The hammer game brings Elena Delle Donne to our lineups. She’s one of the top studs on the slate in an exploitable matchup. I have no interest in LaToya Sanders given her spot against Britney Griner. Aerial Powers is splitting minutes evenly with Ariel Atkins, making her a great value play in a great matchup against Stephanie Talbot. Kristi Toliver is in a neutral matchup here and makes for a very sneaky play in GPPs. Her ownership will be low, but she has massive upside when her 3s are falling. Finally, Natasha Cloud is mainly a fade in this spot.

For the Mercury, it all starts up top with Britney Griner. Griner rivals Fowles and Stewart for the top play on the entire slate. DeWanna Bonner will have her hands full with Elena Delle Donne, however I like her in GPPs due to low ownership as people flock to Diana Taurasi and other high-priced studs. Speaking of Taurasi, I’m taking a stand and fading her here today. The matchup is horrible, and she is too expensive for it. Stephanie Talbot is doing well in the starting lineup and I expect that to continue today. She’s a good value play in all formats. Finally, Briann January makes for a GPP punt play.
