Wilmer Flores (NYM ) 1B
Selecting Wilmer Flores against a LHP is always a popular move. He holds a .280 ISO against LHPs. Oddly his two homers came off RHPs. #skillgame
Edwin Encarnacion (CLE) 1B
Flyball RHP alert. Not just any flyball pitcher, but MLB leading, Dylan Bundy. Bundy has allowed 1.29HR/9 to RHHs, with a 45% flyball rate. He’s never faced Bundy, but he ranks great against Bundy’s pitches.
Gregory Polanco (PIT) OF
I liked Polanco a ton yesterday, but he was a dud. Tonight’s a new day and he gets RHP Ben Lively who allows 1.79hr/9 and a 30% hard contact rate to LHHs. All the lefty bats are in play tonight.
J. D. Martinez (BOS) OF
RANKED #1 Overall on the Research Station, Martinez is starting heat up. The BVPers will shy away, but with a hard hit% over 60 the last 2 weeks. RHP Kendal Graveman allows 1.29hr/9 to RHHs. Keep going to the well Boston bats until they cool off.
Daniel Descalso (ARI) 3B
Expected in the lineup against RHP Tyson Ross, Descalso is murdering the ball so far this season. He holds a 55% hard-hit % with a 45% flyball % with 2 homers. He’s an all or nothing guy. But hey, aren’t we all?
Yankees Dong Stack
The Yankees lineup has 19 homers off RHP Marco Estrada, the Bronx will be filled with Dongs tonight. If you want a one-off it’s Didi Gregorius, he has 3 homers off Estrada. Stanton, Judge, Walker, Austin all in great spots.
