I dunno about you but we are having fun.  If you aren’t then come find out how to get where we are.  We are building bankrolls while others are waiting for Saturday night. You can read this article or others that are out there and you can get an idea, but you never really know where to go if you don’t have people in your corner when you’re staring down the lineup lock. It’s not just about the soccer.  We cover everything in the Army and we can help you hone your process so you can enjoy it all.  Come in and have some fun and learn in the process.

NFL DFS is pretty much over, but NBA continues to be very lucrative with winners every night in the army. Gameweek 26, we’re ready for you now.

Manchester United v Huddersfield

I would hate to be on the Huddersfield sideline for this one.  First off, you have given up 9 goals in your last 3 matches and 12 in your last 4 (only premiership matches were counted).  You also beat Man United last time out so they are gonna want payback. The Red Devils were called out for their loss midweek so you bet they are angry and ready to take it out on their next opponent.  I expect an absolute drubbing of Huddersfield tomorrow.  At least some of them will get some exercise.

The Man United attack is in play here.  I do not wish to get cute with this one.  I like Romelu Lukaku in GPPs.  Huddersfield has struggled against forwards and while his scoring form has been non-existent, it’s a good spot to let everyone know he is still there.  I do think he will be the chalk.  There isn’t the prototypical cash play for United, given their recent form; but we have a squad projected for more than 2.5 goals, so I don’t mind taking a stand with Lukaku and hoping for the best. Afterall, Huddersfield has given up the most road goals to forwards.

Bournemouth v Stoke City

There is a bit more history with this series.  In their last 5 Premier League matches, these two squads have amassed 15 goals.  Only one of those matches had a total lower than the proverbial 2.5 goal benchmark.  Looking at tomorrow’s match, I am looking to the Bournemouth squad more than Stoke.  They come in riding the better form and nobody has really accused Stoke of having a good defense.

Junior Stanislas is back and should see set piece duty and probably some corners.  He is cheaper exposure to the front 4.  Solid cash play even if he plays mostly in the center of the pitch, which is possible with how well Jordan Ibe is playing. Stoke is more of a GPP play, given the massaging of the placement of the players.  We will tackle this lineup in slack.

Arsenal v Everton

Make sure you get at least a piece of the hammer.  I say this every week but it’s necessary.  So many fade the late game and it can be a big difference-maker.  Of all the matches on the slate, this one has the best history.  This series has averaged 3.17 goals in the last 5 premier league matches.  If Arsenal is to continue their dominance, then it will start with Mesut Ozil.  The offense goes through him.  I like him in any format.  There is a lot going on surrounding this game and I can’t tackle it all in this space, so please join me in our slack chat for the latest and greatest.

Best of the Rest

This is the part of the show where we highlight some cash plays for the games we didn’t really get a chance to talk about or the best cash plays left on the slate.

  • Matt Philips, WBA – Normally I would try to give a forward, but there aren’t any cash viable forwards in the games remaining.  Phillips has some solid upside in a pace up game for West Brom.  I expect him to be crossing a lot, especially if they get behind.  Look at his game logs on DK.  That is the site for which his game is better suited.

  • Marc Albrighton, LEI – Mahrez is pissed and has not been training.  Swansea sits on their heels on the road so this is added potential for the guy who will need to take over the reigns.

  • Aaron Cresswell, WHU – He will be on sets and get plenty of open play opportunity.

Between the Sticks

Here are my choices for GPP Goalkeeper.  If you are a regular reader of mine, then you know I like going for the saves.

  1. Asmir Begovic, BOU – In their last 3 matches, Bournemouth has given up the 2nd most shots of the teams I want to target for my keeper options, but they have actually given up more shots from outside the penalty area than inside.  Stoke has taken the 2nd most shots of any opponent on my narrowed list of keepers. I will likely use him more in GPPs but he is my overall top keeper of the slate.

  1. Mat Ryan, BHA –  I think Ryan could see his fair share of shots and West Ham is still not at full strength.  I could see this game going more to the Under.  Brighton is tied for most shots conceded over the past 3 games.  He is good for GPP

.

  1. Jordan Pickford, EVE – Do you believe in the unknown new-look Gunners? One thing that’s certain is how much they shoot at home.  Everton plays more defensive on the road.  If you believe in the Gunners it’s best to look elsewhere; but if you don’t, here is a low-owned keeper with plenty of save potential.

If you read this article and you said “Wow, these stats are cool. I didn’t know that before.”, then know that they are only the tip of the iceberg and there is so much more inside our VIP Team sheets.  You will find massive stats and our new defense-by-position chart, as well as my player picks, and more.  Join us and take your game to the next level. See you in slack and good luck in your contests!
