Rain and thunder will be found across the MIN area this afternoon. This is what the radar should look like this afternoon:

Certainly looks like it will rain in MIN this afternoon. Seems to me that if they wait for the rain to thin out as the 3PM simulated radar shows, they should be fine. After all, this is an afternoon game (more apt to wait though I haven’t looked at CHW or MIN schedule for tomorrow, they are probably travelling and b) MIN has been the single team most affected by PPD this year so far, they do not want anymore PPD if they can help it). PPD chance is 20%, delay chance is 60%.

By this evening Tropical Storm Cindy will be over land and will likely have weakened to a Tropical Depression. However, moisture from this storm will still be found over the Deep South and the Southeast:

At 1st glance, you might say, well they dealt with much more both last night and the night before. That may be true but a thunderstorm could still role through tonight and cause problems. Would say the PPD chances are low (10%) but the threat of a delay is real (20-30%).
