Geek’s Picks – Week 15 Daily Fantasy Football Player Picks and Notes for Fanduel and Draftkings – DFS Army VIP Only

The following are my week 14 player picks and notes for both Fanduel and Draftkings. This list is meant to be comprehensive and includes every player on the slate that I am considering using in my lineups. Green highlights indicate chalky plays I feel everyone will be on this week. Use those in cash, hybrid and GPP lineups. I’m leaving in Red highlights to indicate plays I consider GPP only. That’s a warning to avoid those players in your cash and hybrid lineups. I’ve also left in some orange shading for players I consider punts. Punts are higher risk players that are in good spots with very cheap salaries.  We generally need a couple of punts to fit studs. BOLDED PLAYERS ARE MY TOP PICKS OF THE WEEK

Week 15 Notes:

This week I changed the format around a bit and added in our DFS Army projections next to each player. The idea here is to give you as much relevant information as possible to make the best possible lineup decisions. This is the third week in a row in which the Fanduel salaries are much softer than those on Draftkings. Another interesting phenomenon is that we don’t really have any stud WR this week that stand out as must plays. The obvious cash strategy on Fanduel is to load up on David Johnson and Levon Bell, then fill in the rest of the lineup with some of the incredible value plays at WR. Dontrelle Inman comes to mind at $5500 on Fanduel. Taylor Gabriel and Tyreek Hill also both come in under $6500 and are absolutely in play. In a GPP or Hybrid lineup, I might swap in McCoy for Bell or DJ for differentiation. There are also a bunch of very low-cost RB’s, like Kenneth Farrow and Tevin Coleman, that allow you to create an even more differentiated lineup allowing for a stud player like Mike Evans or Antonio Brown at WR.

** Reminder – This weekend is supposed to be brutally cold in some areas with the potential for wind and snow. Pay attention to weather reports before finalizing any lineups. Wind and extreme cold both can lead to reduced scoring and fantasy output in general.
