The following are my week 13 player picks and notes for both Fanduel and Draftkings. This list is meant to be comprehensive and includes every player on the slate that I am considering using in my lineups. Green highlights indicate chalky plays I feel everyone will be on this week. Use those in cash, hybrid and GPP lineups. I’m leaving in Red highlights to indicate plays I consider GPP only. That’s a warning to avoid those players in your cash and hybrid lineups. I’ve also left in some orange shading for players I consider punts. Punts are higher risk players that are in good spots with very cheap salaries. We generally need a couple of punts to fit studs. Looking at the week 13 slate there is a massive divergence in the salary algorithm between Fanduel and Draftkings. This week I did separate notes for each site mainly because lineup construction will be so different on each one. Fanduel salaries are so soft that you can get creative with loading up on stud RB’s, Stud WR’s or mixing and matching. My top overall WR plays are Julio Jones and Antonio Brown. The top projected RB’s this week are Bell and DJ. We can probably only afford one stud on DK so finding the right salary savers there will be key.
We are still following some injury situations. The primary one right now is the Mark Ingram issue. He hasn’t practiced all week. If he sits out practice on Friday, then I’m thinking this will be an ALL IN on Hightower situation. Another situation to monitor is Terrelle Williams. If he sits there will be extra targets available for Inman and maybe even T-Benj. We’ll be following that and any other situations that pop up in our DFS Army VIP Slack forums.
